You’ll need:
- Moka Pot Brewer
- Food Weighing Scale (for precision)
- Coffee Grinder (if using whole beans)
- Stove Top
- 30 gms of whole beans or 6 tablespoons of ground coffee (slightly coarser than table salt)
- 210 ml of boiling water
- Coffee Mug
Brewing Steps:
- 30 gm (Approx 6 tablespoons)
- Grind them slightly coarser than table salt
- Remove the Moka Pot’s spouted top and filter basket
- Boil water and fill the bottom half, keeping it slightly lower than the valve
- Add ground coffee to the filter basket & level it. Don’t tamp
- Attach filter basket to the bottom half and screw Moka Pot’s spouted top
- Place the pot on stove set to medium heat
- The pressure will push a stream of coffee slow through the upper chamber
- Remove the pot from the stove once you hear the hiss
