This family owned coffee estate dates back four generations and is owned by the Kariappa Family, now an all-women run concern. The estate is located in the Bababudan mountains of Southern India and the family is focused on producing single origin, shade-grown, biodiverse coffee with an effort to conserve the regions natural habitat (a UNESCO biodiversity hotspot). The estate and ecosystem support more than 80 varieties of birds (www.ebird.org) and is Rainforest Alliance Certified.
